About
About this calculator
A free arithmetic tool for converting between mg, mL, and syringe units when you reconstitute a vial. Nothing more — and that's on purpose.
What it does
You enter your own numbers — vial strength, the bacteriostatic water you added, and your target dose — and it returns the concentration, the exact units and mL to draw, doses per vial, and (optionally) cost per dose. It also runs a few sanity checks (e.g. a draw bigger than your syringe) and offers a reverse lookup when someone has only told you a units number.
What it deliberately doesn't do
- It does not recommend a dose, schedule, or titration.
- It does not tell you whether a product is safe or appropriate for you.
- It makes no medical or efficacy claims.
Those are decisions for you and a licensed clinician. The calculator only does the math on the numbers you provide.
